• Write customized and persuasive proposals to attract clients.

• Maintain and update profiles to ensure visibility and competitiveness.

• Negotiate project terms and pricing with potential clients.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Track bid performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of relevant business development or sales experience.

• Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of IT services and software development projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to craft compelling proposals that win projects.

• Familiarity with market trends and client expectations.

• Strong negotiation and client handling skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

• Experience working with the US and Canadian markets is highly desirable.
