Job Description
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms, with a focus on the US and Canadian markets.
Write customized and persuasive proposals to attract clients.
Maintain and update profiles to ensure visibility and competitiveness.
Negotiate project terms and pricing with potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Track bid performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of IT services and software development projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to craft compelling proposals that win projects.
Familiarity with market trends and client expectations.
Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Experience working with the US and Canadian markets is highly desirable.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
