GoAccelovate is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Technical Recruiter to support our ambitious growth by sourcing and hiring technical talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from headhunting, candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Job Description

• Identify, source, and attract high-quality candidates for technical roles (software developers, engineers, data scientists, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, etc.).

• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and team needs.

• Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job portals (Indeed, Rozee.pk, Glassdoor), ATS tools, Stack Overflow, and professional networks for effective talent sourcing.

• Maintain accurate candidate data, manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse, and provide timely recruitment reports.

• Ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

• Coordinate technical tests and assessments using tools like HackerRank, Codility, or LeetCode.

• Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously improve hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, specifically focused on technical roles (software development, engineering, IT).

• Familiarity with technical terms, technologies, programming languages, frameworks, databases, AI/ML stacks, and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other talent acquisition tools.

• Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively.
