Sales-to-Delivery Coordinator

Job Overview
The Sales-to-Delivery Coordinator acts as the central link between GoAccelovate’s sales team, clients, finance, and delivery departments. This role is responsible for managing qualified leads from SDRs, Upwork, sales references, and other channels, ensuring all project details are clarified, payments are processed, and projects are smoothly handed over to the relevant delivery team for execution.

Job Description

  • Receive qualified leads from SDRs, Upwork, Strategic Sales team, and references.

  • Understand the client’s project requirements and objectives.

  • Compose Project Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on client discussions.

  • Liaise with clients to obtain missing details or provide clarification where needed.

  • Coordinate with the Finance team to verify payment status before project initiation.

  • Once payment and requirements are confirmed, hand off the project to the concerned department for kickoff.

  • Provide the delivery team with clear instructions, deadlines, and scope details.

  • Maintain ongoing client communication until the project is officially underway.

  • Track all project handoffs and client communications in Jira for visibility.

The KPIs include:

  • Average lead-to-kickoff time (in days) keeping in view team bandwidth.

  • Accuracy and completeness of PRDs before handoff.

  • Percentage of projects kicked off without missing details.

  • Client satisfaction during the sales-to-delivery transition phase.

  • Timely payment verification and project initiation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or client management in the IT/software industry.

  • Strong understanding of project scoping, requirement gathering, and documentation.

  • Strong familiarity with Jira, CRM systems, and project documentation standards.

  • Experience with Zoom Phone, Google Voice, Apollo.io, and CRM tools.

  • Proficiency in Apollo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO basics.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and delivery teams.
