Marketing Lead

Job Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead who will take full ownership of GoAccelovate’s marketing function developing and executing strategies, building brand presence, driving demand generation, managing all social media channels, and ultimately building and leading a high-performing marketing team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

Job Description

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for AI products, SaaS platforms, and software services across digital, social, content, events, PR, and email channels.

  2. Manage all GoAccelovate social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.) from content calendar planning to daily posting, audience engagement, and community building.

  3. Create, design and curate high-quality content (posts, videos, blogs, infographics, case studies) tailored for each social media platform, aligned with brand tone and business objectives.

  4. Actively grow and engage GoAccelovate’s digital community, respond to comments/messages, and foster relationships with followers, influencers, and partners.

  5. Design and execute social media campaigns (organic and paid) to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  6. Use modern design and video editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar) to independently produce engaging marketing collateral, social posts, ads, product videos, and case studies.

  7. Monitor social analytics, track KPIs, and adjust content and campaigns for continuous improvement.

  8. Drive high-quality leads for enterprise, SMB, and startup clients using state-of-the-art tools (Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).

  9. Build GoAccelovate’s brand presence in target markets such as Pakistan, GCC/UAE, and globally through thought leadership, PR, and digital channels.

  10. Set up, run, and optimize performance campaigns for measurable growth.

  11. Track KPIs, report on ROI, and use data for continuous improvement.

  12. Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven marketing team as the company scales.

  13. Work closely with Product, Growth, and Leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding or relevant field preferred.

  2. 2+ years in B2B SaaS, AI, or software product/services marketing with proven hands-on execution, including managing brand social media presence.

  3. Proficient with content, SEO/SEM, paid ads, social media management, community engagement, email, events, PR, and influencer marketing.

  4. Demonstrated experience growing and engaging communities on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube for B2B/tech brands.

  5. Deep experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google/Meta Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and marketing automation.

  6. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

  7. Strong understanding of AI-driven products, LLMs, SaaS, cloud platforms, and emerging tech trends.

  8. Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and demand creation for enterprise clients and startups.

  9. Comfortable wearing multiple hats, building from scratch, and adapting fast.

  10. Experience building, training, and leading high-performing marketing teams.

  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  12. Experience marketing to GCC/UAE or international markets. (Good to have)
