Job Description

• Plan, create, and publish multimedia content (videos, graphics, text, animations) for social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns

• Collaborate on content calendars and contribute innovative ideas aligned with brand strategy

• Capture and edit photos and videos for digital distribution

• Write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, captions, and digital ads

• Monitor digital trends and apply best practices to improve engagement

• Optimize content for SEO and audience reach

• Track content performance (views, shares, CTR, etc.) and recommend enhancements

Qualification

• At least 1 year of experience as a digital content creator, social media manager, or similar role (portfolio required)

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or CapCut

• Strong storytelling and content adaptation skills across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced team environment

• A bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus
