Job Overview
The Campaign Coordinator manages and optimizes GoAccelovate’s multi-channel lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales goals. This role focuses on running targeted outreach campaigns across email, social media, and paid ad platforms to drive high-quality leads into the pipeline.

Job Description

• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Email, Social Media, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads).

• Manage Apollo outreach campaigns, ensuring correct sequencing and follow-up rules.

• Optimize targeting and messaging through A/B testing (subject lines, ad creatives, landing pages).

• Coordinate with SDRs to ensure campaigns support calling efforts with the right audience lists.

• Track and report campaign performance metrics weekly.

• Maintain campaign tasks and progress in Jira boards.

• Collaborate with the Technical Sales Manager for strategy alignment and ROI tracking.

The KPIs include:

• Campaign engagement rates (open, click, response rates).

• Number of qualified leads generated via campaigns.

• Cost per lead and overall campaign ROI.

• Timely tracking of planned campaigns in Jira.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Software, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of core campaign management experience.

• Proficiency in Apollo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO basics.

• Strong copywriting and creative coordination skills.

• Data-driven with ability to analyze campaign performance.

• Understanding of outbound sales cycles and B2B marketing funnels.
