Job Description

1. Design and develop 2D and 3D motion graphics, visual effects, and animations for digital platforms, product explainers, and brand campaigns.

2. Collaborate with the creative, product, and marketing teams to conceptualize ideas and craft dynamic visual content.

3. Create storyboards, style frames, and animation sequences aligned with GoAccelovate’s brand identity.

4. Use tools such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Blender or Cinema 4D for production.

5. Enhance videos with visual transitions, kinetic typography, and effects that elevate engagement.

6. Maintain consistency in design language, lighting, and visual tone across all projects.

7. Participate in review sessions, iterate based on feedback, and ensure timely delivery.

8. Stay updated with latest design and animation trends, plugins, and AI-powered motion tools to enhance workflow and creativity.

Qualifications

1. 1 to 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, or Multimedia Artist.

2. Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and 3D software (Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D).

4. Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, timing, and storytelling.

5. Experience creating motion graphics for marketing, social media, and product explainers.

6. Basic understanding of video editing, sound design, and color grading.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

8. Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and bring creative ideas to the table.
