Client Acquisition Associate

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Client Acquisition Associate to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be on the front line of identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating qualified opportunities for our services. You will research, prospect, cold call, follow up, and build early-stage relationships that convert into discovery calls. Working during US hours, you will contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth and help expand GoAccelovate’s client base across global markets.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and identifying high-potential leads daily through Google searches, directories, LinkedIn, Apollo, and targeted search strategies

  2. Adding, maintaining, and updating lead entries in our tracking system such as Jira, Apollo etc.

  3. Performing research on each lead to determine the best outreach angle for improved conversions

  4. Running outbound cold calling and structured follow-ups

  5. Nurturing warm leads and booking qualified discovery calls

  6. Preparing daily and weekly progress reports

  7. Working toward consistent monthly results and quality conversations

Qualification:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in sales, client outreach, lead generation, or SDR roles

  2. Strong verbal communication and cold-calling skills

  3. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, or Apollo/LinkedIn search strategies

  4. Proven ability to manage pipelines and convert leads into conversations

  5. Experience working with US/International clients is a plus

  6. Good communication skills (English speaking & writing)

  7. Basic understanding of research and lead generation

  8. Ability to learn quickly and follow structured processes

  9. Comfortable working US-based evening/night hours

Because the role is remote and call-driven, applicants must:
Work from a quiet, professional environment
Have a stable high-speed internet connection
Use a proper laptop or desktop (not mobile-only)
Have a working webcam for internal meetings
Use good-quality headphones or a noise-cancelling headset
Maintain availability during assigned working hours
