You will move between two modes: managing scope, timelines, and people, and stepping in as a developer when a sprint needs it, whether that means writing code, reviewing and merging PRs, or unblocking a teammate. You will be the link between the CTO, the developers, and the client-facing team, so that prototypes and production builds ship on time, at quality, and with clear communication.
